There was a VIP dinner in the Palladium last night. No, is the answer to the question you're asking. But anyway, I was busy watching the curling!Still, I was able to assimilate a bit of culture, thanks to the excellent efforts of Jim Jamieson, who's here working in the arena. Jim asked if I would like to see the new uniforms the Swiss are considering for their Olympic women's curling squad. That's them above.
The group is called Champery 1830, Musique et danse du Val d'Illiez. They were performing last night. And very good they were too. See culture. See the European Championships!
