The Eve Muirhead team won the Lockerbie Junior event today, beating Helen King's side in a game that came down to the final stone. A big three in the sixth for Eve was the difference in the sides. In the photo above, Marion Murdoch presents the trophy to (L-R) Rhiann Macleod (lead), Eve Muirhead (skip), Anna Sloan (third) and Vicki Adams (second).
The Duncan Menzies team took the junior men's trophy with a win over Stuart Marshall, in charge all the way. Alastair Stevenson presents the trophy to Stuart Taylor (third), Duncan Menzies (skip), Robert Fawns (second) and Angus Dowell (lead).Hopefully I'll have a few more action photos from the finals up later tomorrow.
