If you are near Kinross this week, do look in to see the best wheelchair curlers in the world who are taking part in the 2nd Kinross Wheelchair Curling International competition, October 20-22, at the Green Hotel rink. Teams from Canada, USA, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, GB and other Scottish performance/development teams will be taking part. The GB team is in good form. Michael McCreadie's team (Aileen Neilson, Tom Killin, Angie Malone) went undefeated in six games, including a 6-5 victory over the Canadians in their last match, to win the 2009 Norwegian Open at the weekend. Canada was second with a 4-2 win-loss record.
