Time now to introduce the eight junior men's teams taking part in the Scottish Junior Curling Championships at Curl-Aberdeen.
2010 Champion Ally Fraser (above) has Blair Fraser, Thomas Sloan and Kerr Drummond this season, and was up against Michael Reid, James Whiteford, Gavin Reid and Craig Kirkwood this afternoon.
This is Michael. The Reid team changed the order in this game, Gavin taking the head because of a dicky knee, but Ally's side were always in control.
Former champion Graeme Black has Kyle Waddell, Peter Macintyre and Craig Waddell.
Team Black faced Jay McWilliam (above) whose team is Grant Hardie, Struan Wood and Ian Copland this afternoon. What a rollercoaster this was. Jay's team gave up five against the head over two ends, but got them all back in the ninth and secured the game.
Kyle Smith (with Scott Fraser, Thomas Muirhead and Cammy Smith) played against Duncan Menzies, Stuart Taylor, Robert Fawns and Angus Dowell. Tight game this one, Kyle making a clearance with his last stone for the game.
John Penny (in the pink pants, and united now with his broom, see here) with Colin Dick, Colin Howden and Billy Morton were up against Bruce Mouat, Derrick Sloan, Daryl Russell and Colin Mouat. In a tied game going down the tenth, John drew the eight foot for the game.
You can see all the linescores from Day 2 here.
