Rhiann Macleod just happened to be the first to find herself in my line of sight to the sponsor's banner at the Dewar's Centre in Perth today. Cream of Curling, indeed! It is not my plan to give any comprehensive game reports here. Mike Haggerty will have the first of his daily updates later. Certainly for the first few days I want to focus on those taking part. Today's featured women's team is that of Gail Munro, with Lyndsay Cumming, Kerry Adams-Taylor and - new to the lineup - Sarah Ferguson. I should probably mention though that they lost their first round tie against Hannah Fleming and her team.
